Orders are usually prepared within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–7 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
